Blue Room (Twos and Young Threes) – A great “first school experience” for young children, where children are encouraged in their self-help skills, communication and cooperative interactions, and given daily opportunities to explore outdoor activities, various art media, stories and musical games, manipulative and other self-directed activities in a small close-knit group.
Yellow Room (Threes and Young Fours) – Children in this group will build on their previous experiences and enjoy expanded activities in language, music, movement, art, early math and number concepts, science experimentation, and important early literacy activities which encourage both independent and cooperative learning indoors and out.
Red Room (PreK Older Fours and Young 5’s ) – In preparation for their all-important kindergarten experience children in this group are introduced to the larger community and world around them. Emphasis here is on the continued joy and excitement of learning, as well as expanded academic activities which include the basics for literacy, math, social studies, science, problem solving, cooperative and independent thinking.
